Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume. If a significant delay occurs, we'll notify you by email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays..

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS using Pirate Ship. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. s. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing and may take longer than estimated.

If your order contains multiple items, they will typically be shipped together. In some cases, items may arrive in separate shipments.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Liminals Studio is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  • Check your tracking information.

  • Contact your local USPS office.

  • If you still need assistance, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because every Liminals Studio piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liminals.studio.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement (when available), repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Small variations in stitching, shape, texture, color, or other details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are part of what make each Liminals Studio piece unique.
